Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges Policy
1. Return and Replacement Eligibility We strive to ensure the highest quality standards for our skincare products. However, if you receive an incorrect, expired, damaged, or incomplete order, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Incorrect Product Delivered – If the product received is different from the one ordered.

Expired Product Delivered – If the product delivered has exceeded its expiration date.

Damaged Product Delivered – If the product or its packaging is physically damaged or tampered with.

Incomplete Order – If any items are missing from your order.
2. Conditions for Return/Replacement Request

Requests for incorrect or expired products must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests for damaged or missing products must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, and other accessories).

Any request submitted beyond the stipulated time frame will not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Conditions Return or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following scenarios:

Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing.

The return or replacement request is generated after 7 days of delivery for incorrect/expired products.

The return or replacement request for damaged/missing products is raised after 2 days of delivery.
4. Return and Replacement Process

Step 1: Submit a return/replacement request via our official website at https://www.kayapalatcare.com/pages/contact or through our customer support chat.

Step 2: Allow 2 business days for our team to review your request.

Step 3: Upon approval, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the product within 5-7 business days.

Step 4: Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.

Step 5: If the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a replacement or refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled from the My Account section under the "Order Details" page before they reach the "Ready to Ship" status.

Customers must provide a reason for cancellation when submitting a request.

Kayapalat reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation if deemed necessary. We may also verify orders via verbal or written confirmation before processing shipment.
6. Refund Policy

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet) within 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank details for refund processing.

Refunds for returned products will be initiated only after the item has passed the warehouse quality check, which may take up to 14 business days post pick-up.
7. Partial Order Returns

Customers can return any eligible product(s) from their order within 7 days of delivery, provided the return meets the stated eligibility criteria.
