Shipping policy

Delivery Process:

Upon receipt of your order, Kayapalatcare undertakes a thorough inspection of all products to ensure they are in perfect condition. Once the products pass the final quality check, they are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners are responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of your order. If the delivery partner is unable to reach the specified address or a suitable time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Packaging:

Kayapalatcare is committed to sustainability and ensures the safety of products through eco-friendly packaging solutions. The outer box used for packaging is made from 100% recycled paper. Where possible, paper fillers are used instead of bubble wrap. We are continuously improving our packaging process and are committed to significantly reducing plastic usage and exploring new packaging solutions, keeping in mind the nature of our products.

Shipping Locations:

Currently, Kayapalatcare only offers domestic shipping within India and does not provide international shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification via email and phone. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmation. You can track the status of your shipment through the 'Track' button available in the 'My Orders' section of your account. You may also opt to receive order updates via WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In rare cases, certain products may require sourcing directly from the brand, which may lead to delays. During Mega Sale events, increased order volumes may result in slight delays. We strive to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of the order date.

Multiple Shipments:

In some instances, orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. This is a standard procedure and does not affect your order total. You will only be charged for shipping or Cash on Delivery (CoD) on the first package received.

Shipping Charges:

Standard shipping charges apply based on the shipping location. The current shipping policy is as follows:

• New customers: Free shipping on orders above ₹299
• Existing customers: Free shipping on orders above ₹149

Please note, Cash on Delivery (CoD) is only available for orders between ₹249 and ₹50,000.

International Shipping:

Kayapalatcare does not currently offer international shipping.
